They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I have a loved one at this facility. They have cut down on their help to the point that no patient get;s the right kind of care. They do not get their bath's on time , they get no hands on attention as they should. I am totally sick when i have to leave. Knowing that my sister may not see anyone all day. The staff is great , it is just that i could c ount the aid's on both hands. They have 4 wings, They could easily shut 2 of them off as they do not have that many patients. It is Sad.

Absolutely, they were an expert!

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
