I have visited twice unannounced. Both times found facility very clean. No odors. They offered a tour both time. Very clean. Offered to view kitchen - spotless (I was a bit surprised). Each nurse was knowledgable and able to answer all questions. It's an old building not much to see but I liked the staff I met and the cleanliness as well. Permits resident smoking and I need that for my Mother.
