They denied my wifes grandfather a room after HIS wife worked they for 40 years. They take votes on who can stay and go YES THEY VOTE YOU OUT OF THE NURSING HOME .They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid.
