I have found the facility lacks in compassion and avoids patients that have a hard time communicating, pt in 17B , T.V. doesn't work, nurse brought grape juice but out of reach of patient , she asks for nurse, mostly ignored. So sad. this is someone that knows what is going on but unable to communicate well verbally.
Patients can't even ask for diet coke, without having to go to the vending machine, using there own money, the facility is cheap !

Ignore patients and the patients Durable Powe of Attorney. Need to keep a watch on them. My husbands clothes were left in a pile on top of his duffle bag.

I requested more than once to have my relative's medical records faxed to a facility that is close to where I live so I could start the process to move her out of this place and be nearer to me. Almost one month later and nothing has been sent! Very disappointing.

Walked in to a urine smelling place. My uncles lunch tray had dry food stains on it. The floor around his bed had dust and food particles. The toilet seat in the restroom was broken and laying on the floor. The soap dispenser had no lid. This place needs to be shut down. Had to give 1star in order to submit review.

My sister has been here for 2 years and went down physically. She was over-drugged for about a year or more and even had trouble speaking. She was not walked at all and was left in diapers from day one. She is definitely entitled to Medicare but nobody seems to be concerned about her. It appears that the staff just wants people to get sick and pass so they don't have to deal with them. They are people and are worth being treated better than that! I am appalled at the lack of caring. No wonder so many check and and die. Would you want to stay there? I know I would not. She should have been walking and able to feed herself 18 months ago. She is treated as a very disabled person. I would not be surprised if the medical care and negligence caused so many problems for this and other patients.

The ABSOLUTE WORST!! Smells horrible. Filthy. Remodeling with dust and mostly lead paint dust & asbestos dust flying around and they have NO CONSIDERATION FOR THE PATIENTS!! In other words, the patients are made to breathe this.

The staff is RUDE and Inconsiderate. Do not allow your loved ones to be taken there. It's worse than Auschwitz!

this has to be the WORST facility ever... My father was referred here from the hospital. It smells so bad like a very dirty hotel. The staff is awful. The case manager Denise is so rude and disrespectful. They have left my father in his fieces for hours at a time. Everyday he has been there no help to have him changed. He now has a severe rash! I would NEVER want any one I Care or love to ever come here again. This place is as ghetto as they come. If you truly love your loved ones don't ever leave them here!!!

country villa really took care of me from April until about September 2006, I was in there healing from car accident. Kisa Lavilavi, Teresa Valdez, Hilaria (Gloria) man I feel bad because I don't remember everyones name but never the less the nurses, the activity crew they all really took care of me and the left a special place in my heart!

Not really. I usually have to remind them.

The phone rang a lot and it was really annoying

No way!! Be aware it is very unsafe and I was scared
