direct care staff is wonderful. They seem to be overworked, and short on help. Many of them are working overtime, and short staffed. Supplies like linen and nightgowns are withheld from staff and residents/family in what I can only guess is spite. My family member repeatedly has to do without basics like these. Management make excuses, not solutions. Owner seems rich enough.
