Once again dietary forgot to deliver dinner trays to patients. It was 3 pm before some got fed the noon meal. They had run out of food and had to cook hamburgers. Physicians make food recommendations, dietary ignores it.

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
Does this provider treat their staff well?
Kind of, but not very well
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines?
No, there weren't many to choose from
