Focus is on money not care. After over 5 years experience with Colonial Care I have come to conclude that the only time they are proactive is when there is a finance issue. I don't even get notified when my parent is transferred to a hospital, its the hospital that lets me know when they arrive and leave and the reason for the visit.
I constantly say yes for consults but have never been called (as promised).
There are better places

I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
