They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. The equipment at this nursing home was current and safe and I knew that my loved one would be receiving the highest quality of care. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

I am a volunteer at this facility. It is always very clean, the residents are friendly (which means they're in good moods= being treated well) as are all of the staff. The staff remembered my by name the second time I came in the facility. Whenever I notice a family member visiting I always hear the staff referring to the family member by name without prompting. They have nice areas for the residents to spend one on one time with their family if they don't wish that family to go to their room (at least that's my understanding of it).
The staff remembers all the residents names, treats them with respect and love (yes, love) and are very mindful of the residents' needs.
