I visited my aunt this past Easter Sunday and found the lobby to be welcoming and attractive. However, when I entered the patient area the smell of urine was overpowering. I walked around trying to get away from the strong urine smell, but couldn't. There were even some windows open but I couldn't get away from the stench. It was everywhere.

Claremont is a wonderful facility that provides excellent care and quality service. It is homelike and all of the staff go out of their way to try and answer questions and make families feel at ease. It is warm and friendly place and I would recommend it to anyone. I have read some of the other not so great reviews and I cannot believe they are writing about the same place. My Mom has lived there for several years and I have recommended Claremont to others for both short term and long term care.

Very nice and pleasant staff. Very caring. They go above and beyond to help you and make you happy. Therapy staff is excellent!

I was there about a year or so ago for rehab. I have unfortunately been in 2 other facilities and I must say this one was the best. Caring staff, exceptional rehab and even had my hair done the best I've ever had. Many activities to keep you occupied

Claremont is awful, it is a dumping ground for the elderly. They infantilize the patients, putting them in diapers and feeding them substandard mushy food. Do not put someone you love in this place.

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. If you're looking for a dependable and trustworthy nursing home, look no further. I would recommend them to anyone I know.
