They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me.

Absolutely Not! My appointment always conflicts with my schedule
