This facility has gone from a four star to a one star facility in 2012. I can attest that this facility most definitely deserves its one star (or even less). As a relative of a former patient in this facility, I would cite neglect, lack of professionalism, and poor attitudes among staff members as our family's top issues with this poorly maintained facility. DO NOT send your relative here. It may appear to be a bright and friendly place during the sweet tour, clean-smelling with lots of smiling faces but do not be deceived. You must read the horrendous official state of NJ health inspection report for yourself. I would not recommend this facility under any circumstances.
