Definitely, it was nauseating

The parking situation at their office was ridiculous. I ended up having to pay for parking because there were no spots available near the office. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I was very uncomfortable with the amount of foul language they used. I wish they had been more professional.

They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though.

They didn't give me advice that would benefit my loved one. They only cared about what would make them the most money. They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts. Every time I come in for an appointment I always having to remind them who I am and why I'm there. It's very frustrating. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. Once you move your loved one there, the care is very poor in regards to their particular Circumstance.
