Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. Not only were they unwilling to seek any sort of advice from anyone else when they didn't have an answer for me, they highly discouraged me from seeking anyone else's opinion. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.

They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. I felt very rushed. The Nursing staff needs more and better training. Always short staffed on the floor not enough Nurses assistant. One Nurses assistant caring for 15 patient is not good. Register nurses or coordinator on the floors are lazy & not helpful..:(
