The skilled nursing and long term care in the Lawther West building is a detestable nightmare. My Mother had 3 falls during the first 2 weeks of arriving on the 3rd floor.
The facility is short staffed and staff, doctors, and leadership are underqualified. They have very little compassion, customer service, or professionalism towards the patients and their needs or family concerns.
We are grateful for the selective caregivers and our availability to be present everyday. For this is how we confirmed all the wrong doing, incorrect medication, etc. This was not mere observation, but our terrible reality that we wish on no one else.
We thankfully by God's sovereign mercy were able to move my Mother. We learned that your loved one is better off at a Residential Home Care or with trusted caregivers at home.

Yes, they don't mind answering my questions

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
