There are plenty of staff on hand and my loved one always got the attention he needed. I visited often, so I don't know if that had anything to do with it. There is a living room to enjoy if you want to get out of your room. One can also go outside if accompanied by a family member.

During certain times of the day, they line the patients up in the halls which I didn't care for. Some of the patients are actually sleeping in their wheelchairs in the halls. The place smells like urine as well.

If I needed a nursing home in the area, I would put my loved one in there, only because of the number of staff on hand.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
