The hospital where my husband was transferred from was told that a bariatric bed and a Hoyer lift were available to use with my husband, as he was very large, and had a broken ankle. When he arrived, neither the lift nor the bed were in sight. He was pushed and pulled into a wheel chair and back into bed. Even though we questioned these actions, my friend and I were ignored by staff. My husband fell out of bed three times in three days before he was transferred to another facility.

This facility provides substandard care for elders. The staff members have a resentful attitude when asked to do anything for patients and sometimes neglect patients needs altogether. They do not communicate well with each other making managed care difficult. The facility smells bad with the exception of the lobby, where strong room fragrance is pumped in. Unfortunately there is no other facility in the immediate area, so patients are stuck here.

Brian Center of Wallace is a 5 star quality building. The staff are all friendly and the Director of Nursing was helpful with all of my questions. She trains her staff well and I would recommend anyone to visit or have their loved one at the Brian Center of Wallace. Great job!!!

Well the DON seemed to look like someone had aggravated her this particular morning. It seemed as though she was stomping around the facility like she was a tyrant. Not friendly at all! Financial services lady wore a smile and it seemed genuine don't know where they got the DON from. The administrator looked like she didn't want to be there.

Dont take your love ones here if you want them to live.. They did not give my grandmother anything to drink and suffered from High sodium and dehydration...WORST NURSING HOME EVER
