No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best

Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past

Yes, they need to clean or sterilize their facility more

I interviewed and toured facility as part of selecting sub-acute care for an aging parent. Staff was professional, informed, answered all questions, gave tour of all areas, completely explained care services. I arrived unannounced so I could see a typical mid-morning week day. We selected this center. We toured several in Charlotte and Concord.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field?
No, they could have used some continuing education
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.

No, They dismissed my questions as unimportant

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

No, I always have to remind them

No, this provider rarely answers questions over the phone

Yes, it was downright irritating!

Yes, they could have waited

Yes, I felt like an annoyance!

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I neither smelled any cologne or. smell coming from the CNA that was in daily contact with me. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
