First impression was" What a dump" Bugs crawling in through the gaps around the air condictioner in the room,Scales from the 1940's clanging through the halls to weigh patients.meds not delivered on time (If at all) rearly asked for name and birthdate before getting sheduled drugs.four people to a bathroom.Bell rearly answered within 30 minutes.

This place was great! They took excellent care of my grandmother while she was in their care. If I had any questions at all they were willing and able to answer them. Everyone was very friendly and professional, I couldn't express how happy I am with the service that was provided.

Their facility was lacking the implication of cleanliness by lingering odors. The odor assailing the nostrils upon entering the building was unpleasant. There is absolutely no way that I'd ever recommend this place to anyone. Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. This provider talked about what they have been doing for years. I would have liked to hear more about current treatments too. I did not care for the way they treated my family member while she was there for rehab after knee replacement surgery. I had to instruct the staff on how to use the knee flexing equipment and when the pain medications should have been administered!
