My Mother was initially admitted to Rehab, what a farce the pt aidewuld come to Mom's room & say you don't want to walk do you? Naturally Mom said no I told him that was totally unacceptable. He seemed very blase & could care less. Nursing care sadly left very much to be desired.The only time a nurse was seen was at med time & then it was basically hi & bye.A extremely disappointing experience.

Their phone rang a lot and it was really annoying

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
