wonderful experience for both my parents. The care is exceptional, from staff and doctors..Every employee has a ready smile, I have always been contacted immediately if one of my parents has a problem and the staff provides immediate treatment while keeping me informed. The only nursing home I have ever been in that always smells fresh and clean without the smell of disinfectant. A great place.

CNA's left a lot to be desired. Most did not do what they were suppose to do. Most were not friendly at all

The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money.
