I visited my sister there last week and waited 25 minutes for a nurse to help her to the bathroom. Needless to say, neither of us are having a good experience here.

Staff speaks a lot of Spanish, which I found annoying. my father was told he could only have one shower a week, which I found disturbing, the rehab unit had some screamers, along with a man who kept wandering into my dads room. I tried to be patient but it wasn't fair to my father to be resting and everytime this man would walk into his room! was not impressed to say the least

I stayed at this facility after a spinal fusion and the staff was VERY compassionate, understanding, helpful and friendly! I never had to wait more than a minute or two if I rang the bell for anything and the food was very good. I would highly recommend Beechwood.

No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!
Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit?
Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
