Not enough help on night shift. Patients are left in soiled clothes from the earlier part of the day. Constant foul odor. Not enough of help on the night shift to clean and put patients to bed. Rooms are not being properly clean and patients have to wait a long time for assistance due to shortage of help. Administrators don't seem to take complaints serious because of recurrences. For the amount of money these patients pay, the service should be better and better linen should be provided. This facility is old but renovation is being done but giving rooms to new patients. Large cock roaches coming in the patients rooms.

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
