I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The staff that work the floor are very helpful a.d polite to the guests and residents. The administrative staff are very rude and disrespectful. They care more about money then filling the needs of the residents. They listen to your complaints and say they will do something about them but when you go to follow up on them they act as if they have no memory of the conversation. Residents are getting hurt and so are the staff due to antique equipment or not enough supplies and staff.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

This is a pleasant nursing home, but it has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page.

The staff seemed to respect patients. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate.

They paid attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
