Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. When I did get through, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. However, they have provided expired IV medication to my husband after being told twice about it. He's only got 3 more wks, so it may not be worth the paperwork to transfer him, but I will never recommend this place.
