A little, it was faint but I noticed one

The staff had no interest in the residents, they were more concerned with themselves. Staff were on cell phones, smoking, joking about the residents including my uncle while in the court yard. His food was horrible and room was filthy, even the boss of who does the cleaning was more concerned with flirting with young guys who were visiting there relatives then listening to my concerns. The place seem more like a club house then a care facility with nursing staff blowing off call bells and patients calling for them. Other staff playing touchy feely with each others. I am trying to get my family to find a new facility for my uncle.

They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. Their equipment appeared to be old and out of date. I wouldn't trust them to care for my loved one after I saw first hand how unsafe their facility is. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Their office was extremely loud, I felt like I was going to go deaf. I couldn't hear anything that anyone was saying over the blaring noise. Every time I would start talking about my circumstances, they would argue with me or get mad. I was scared to say anything because I didn't want to make them upset.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant?
Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
