Well, it seems this facility does not care about the well being of their patients or families. Meetings to establish a care plan are worthless since they do not follow the guidelines that are established during the meeting. The majority of the caretakers are condescending to patients and families, make fun of patients, are rude as well as unattentive. Patient can wait up to 15 minutes for someone to respond to their call. What is the answer.....he is not my patient today so that gives them the right to stand around and talk or text and not respond to a person who believes it is hours they wait. Those in charge do not care or follow guidelines that supposedly are in place. The food is awful and there is so much waste as it is not eaten or cannot be eaten. This is not a place where you want your love one at the end of their life here on earth.

This place is a joke. They make up their own rules day by day....do not heed any requests from the family even though we have power of attorney as well as being in charge of my mother. She waits for hours to get help or is put in the hallway all afternoon to dose in her wheel chair. They lost all the paperwork initial paperwork which had to be re-completed. 90% of the staff is a joke. When she was moved in dirty/bloody bedding was on the table in the room the entire time we were there. Dust under the bed, chest, table. I washed up the floor one day as I did not know if it was mud, poop or what mashed down. This place needs to be reviewed daily, executives fired and money returned for lack of service, playing around, not listening to the family. Now we cannot reach her by phone as the phone might work and might not in the rooms as they are working on upgrading the telephone service. Tried two different rooms and the phones work, but the nurses station in her section wants all calls to come to them. This matter is not over and is going higher up the chain of command, insurance fraud and no concern for patients and their families in a time of crisis. I had to pick a star rating, but 0 would not work.

My mother is currently in this nursing home. We have had several issues with getting wrong information from various staff members. If you ask 3 staff members the same question no one can answer the question correctly and every answer will be different. I would highly recommend the rehabilitation side of this facility but not the nursing home side. My mother has to ask for medication and is always told they will get to her in a minute. Minutes turns into hours and she asks again then they snap her head off and tell her they gave it to her, which is not true. I've personally been there when this has happened. Do your research and don't rely on them to help you through the financial parts of nursing homes because nobody there including the social worker can give you correct answers. Also the food is always served cold after waiting up to an hour to get it.

my mother passedaway ther this week n her SON batry was NOT TREATED AS IF I WAS HER SON!!!! all STAFF AND NURSES THERE very DISRECPECTFULL TO ME HER SON and only kid SHE HAD THANX ALOT FOR NOTHING !!!

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
