The following is my OPINION: SORRY excuse for a health care facility. To my understanding WORST experience. LACKS professionalism. Calling will get you no where, except disconnected. EXTREMELY unattentive. If put into a position to admit a love one ENSURE you are able to have relatives do shift visits to ensure a decent level of care by the staff, if unable vary times of your visit DON'T establish pattern. I pray the reader of this never has to face admitting a love one. I read Mommy Dearest and even Cristina would be think twice about admitting her mother. Unfortunately still trying to get plans in order get love one move but fortunately we've got shift visits in order.

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

No, I couldn't even find it with my GPS

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
