In the words of Marvin Zindler, it's hell to be poor. Unfortunately, our family could not afford the care our loved one deserved. I don't see how this facility maintains accreditation. The weekend staff is unprofessional, uncaring, incompetent. Very sad.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I don't think they have any qualifications! There definitely wasn't anything displayed. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment.
