THIS HOSPITAL DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!!!!!! Who refuses to treat a person who has been to the hospital ER twice in a week, where it is identified that you have serious prognosis that needs to be operated on but refuses treatment because you don't have an infection. And they are able to see the excruciating pain you're in with no relief from medication, as well as severity of your situation through the test provided. This hospital needs to be investigated on how they operate this place.

I took my pregnant to Rockdale ER because she has asthma and was having trouble breathing. They called the birthing floor of the hospital and was told to treat her in the ER. She sat there for 6 hours and never saw a doctor. In fact no one was going to the back to be seen. We didn't see anyone make it past triage! For 6 HOURS! Rockdale Medical ER and Birthing Place is pathetic!

Today, I visited RMC lab, as I have been doing for the last two years. Instead of getting my blood drawn, I was treated rudely by the technician. She said my lab orders had not been signed, when in fact they had. I took them to my requesting doctor and verified they were correct.She made some statement about not accepting my coverage from Aetna Medicare PPO and then told me I could go to Newton Medical Center, if I wanted to as she didn't care!!! RMC did not live up to it's mission statement today for I did not feel like family. As to their vision statement, I do not see me ever going there again unless it is an extreme emergency!!! I am only giving one star as that is as low as I can select and post this review.

I went in for dehydration in which they gave me IV for 4 hours. In addition I had a MRI to make sure that my kidneys were functioning properly. I received a medical bill for $10,000.00 . My provider paid everything about $522.00 which I have to pay. I am filing a complaint against the hospital for their services and procedures being outrageous. I am also going to contact the Insurance Commissioner office

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible

No, I left with more problems than I came with!

I tried to contact the billing center several times by the phone number provided. Only connected to voice mails of individuals who never returned a phone call over weeks. It is sad that they send bills through collection agencies, but are unavailable, or uninterested in discussing what they are for and why they increased over quotes given at time of service.
