I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

As a new patient i was very pleased the minute I walked up to the front counter.. I was greeted with a smile and immediate attention. Staff is very friendly. I could tell they were very busy and the wait time was normal for a dr. office. running about 15 minutes late. I was very pleased with Dr. Henry...he addressed my concerns and did it in a timely matter. Would highly recommend!

What a great doctor and staff. I have had psoriasis over much of my skin for years. It was so bad that I always kept my skin covered as much as possible. It not only affected my relationships with others but also my self image. I would never go to a pool or the beach, and the psoriasis kept me from developing any sorts of intimate relationships. I had been to various skin doctors who gave me creams and ointments, but nothing made any difference. Dr. Henry put me on Enbrel 2 years ago which has literally changed my life clearing my skin completely and helping also with the arthritis which I also had. Dr. Henry and his assistants fought with my insurance company to make sure I received the Enbre which they initially refused to pay for. Dr. Henry was compassionate and caring, and he really went the extra mile to make sure that I got the medication I needed.

I went to Dr. Gerrit Henry with some kind of skin condition that I had for at least a week. He looked at my sking for a total of 30 seconds, without any other opinion from any other doctor, he diagnosed me with a bacterial skin infection and prescribed me Cephalexin. I took the pills for all 10 days and saw absolutely no improvement. I decided to try and diagnose myself online (I know, stupid thing to do. I became obsessed.) I saw a skin condition called Pityriasis Rosea that looked identical to what I had. I ended up going to a WALGREENS DOCTOR who correctly diagonosed me with Pityriasis Rosea. Dr. Henry was treating me for a bacterial infection when what I had was a skin rash. What a dissapointment. What kind of Dermatologist can't identify something as simple as a skin rash? Isn't that what he went to school for? Wasn't he supposed to study this kind of thing when he went to school? I've come to a conclusion that he must have copied off the nerd sitting next to him. What a waste of my time. I do not recommend this dermatologist. Please do not waste your time here. Go to Walgreens Care Clinic. It will cost you less money, time, and frustration. Thanks Dr. Henry Gerrit. Maybe next time you will take a closer look before diagnosing someone again.
