I had office visits yearly for six years with Dr. El-Ghoroury as the St. John Transplant Nephrologist. He explained how to stay healthy and stay on the transplant list. Dr. El-Ghoroury takes his time to explain your condition so you can understand. I have been blessed with a kidney transplant and I have been blessed to have him as my transplant nephrologist. We work together to keep me healthy. Whenever I have any problem big or small, he returns my call within the hour and addresses the situation to my satisfaction. I'm glad I have him taking care of me,
