Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I am beyond happy with my results. They turned out far better than I could have ever hoped for. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

Dr. Rostami successfully diagnosed, treated, and put me on a path to managing a recurring, severe eye irritation. I had been living with this issue for over two years and had multiple visits to my ophthamologist and a corneal specialist. These visits only resulted in treating the symptoms of secondary infections but never got at the real cause of the problem. Dr. Rostami determined the underlying cause on my first visit and put me on a treatment regimen that is working beautifully. She also seems to be a physician with great integrity. Although she is an ocular cosmetic surgeon, she never raised the possibilty that cosmetic surgery would help this condition and never even discussed the possibilty of cosmetic surgery for an unrelated puffiness around my eyes until after I asked if anything could be done about this issue as well. I declined to have anything done about this other condition at that time, and she never tried to sell me on cosmetic treatment for it. I also never felt rushed during my apointments. Dr. Rostami took the time to listen to my description of symptoms and treatment history, and she dedicated sufficient time to examine my eyes, diagnose and explain the condition, and develop a complete treatment plan.

I had provided a complete list of allergies on multiple occasions weeks ahead and had been assured that my surgery would be performed under general anesthetic. Upon arrival and after surgical prep Dr. Rostami advised me she would have to perform the eye surgery under local anesthesia. It was obvious to me she had not read my chart in sufficient time to schedule the surgery at a hospital (where general anesthesia was available) instead of the clinic, where she had ownership. I could see and hear everything. It was horrifying. She chastised her assistant for blocking her vision and she chastised me for being tense.

When I went in to have the sutures removed the attendant (not Dr Rostami), advised me that my stitches would dissolve and did not need to be removed. This another example of lack of attention to detail. I never saw Dr Rostami after the surgery.

She may have adequate technical skills, but I will NEVER recommend Dr Rostami based on the way she treated me as a patient.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

The surgeon, I was much more comfortable going into surgery knowing what the surgeon was like
