She really inspired me to make some changes and stick with them. She provided some very specific suggesstions that helped helped me to regulate my hunger and stabilize my blood sugar so I no longer get thpse huge cravings and binges. She has been a life saver.

I consulted Janet because I was having problems with my blood sugar dropping when I did long trail rides with my horse. The horse can graze along the way, but I can only eat what I can carry in a small saddle pack. She recommended some hi protein and high fiber/complex carb items to me to eat that are light and don't need refigeration. I was always fearful of getting shaky and irritable on the trail because I didn't have the right thing to eat, but now I have some food items that I can keep in my saddle pack all the time for when I get hungry. Anyone can tell you to not eat garbage, but in the end we all want to eat a little of that and Janet will work that into your program so you don't have to totally give everything up.
