Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

No, there was no annoying music

A little, it was faint but I noticed one

Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation

I would never recommend this office - particularly the Dallas office. I have had problems ordering contacts, being over billed and receiving the worst customer service in resolving my problems (which were resolved by the receptionist telling me that I should find another doctor). Therefore, I did. I should probably thank her.
