Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

I was very impressed by the professionalism of Dr Vasquez. He made feel that a very complicate issue with my vision was correctable, while doctors from both Sanford and UCFS said could only be addressed via prism glasses.
He is the right age to be on top of all modern advancements in science (youth) , but on the same hand experienced enough to make good solid advice and perform with the confidence of having been there before.
My situation is complicated by brain cancer requiring brain resections that can be highly unpredictable (as in my case). He explained my situation back to me with little knowledge of my history, to the affect that I quickly became a believer in his abilities.
Next step is to see whether he can follow through...

I visited this office because my toddler was referred to them by her pediatrician due to poor vision. I had to wait 6 weeks in order to have her seen! I begged and pleased if they could see her sooner, but I was told 6 weeks was the next available date. My appointment was at 1p, we showed up at 12:10p. We didn't end up leaving until a little after 5:30p. I was going crazy. When I asked questions, they kept telling me that they didn't want to "jump to conclusions" quite yet. Therefore, my questions weren't really answered to my satisfaction (my daughter's eye was starting to cross). Although the staff is friendly and they seem to know what they are doing, I am still taking her to another doctor for a second opinion.

Yes. Everything was recently upgraded

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
No, I don't think so
