They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. For a scheduled 8:45 AM appointment, I was not called until 10:15 AM. This is typical for this office. They must schedule 30 or 40 people for each time slot.

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing
Does this provider use current and safe equipment?
Yes; the equipment is very advanced!
