Dr. Marcos is a good listener and remembers and/or has a through record of my records. Her use of the computer in the room, is efficient and lets her send scripts immediately to the pharmacy.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

I had my visit with Audrey. The staff was very professional. My interview with Audrey went well and I was treated with respect and professionalism. Audrey showed concerned about my health and offered options to help me maintain a healthy life style with ways to keep me healthy and out of the doctors office.

Great care, but hold times on phone are RIDICULOUS and wait times to be seen are also UNACCEPTABLE. I have to plan on at least 2 & 1/2 hours from the time I arrive until the time I leave. It's been as long as 3 & 1/2 hours. They need a dedicated phone staff to let the girls behind the desk deal with all the patients. Very money hungry for filling out forms and NO flexibility with cancellation penalty, even for the first time. My FMLA paperwork started at $15, went up in 6 months to $25 and now after a year it's $40! Very quick to charge $50 cancellation fee, but they make you wait in the office FOREVER! I'd like to charge her $20 for every hour I sit after my appointment time!

Very happy to have found Dr. Yolanda Marcos. Have visited with her several times. She is very caring and answers all of my questions and concerns. My health is good and she gives good advice to keep it that way.

Unfriendly staff. They are trying to charge you. I did not know as soon as with my questions preventative care visit would turn into consultation visit. As a result I have to pay due to my high deductibles. They should have explained me that when I was signing up. So upsetting.

Everybody at Dr.Marcos is very professional. Audrey is very knowledgable and helpful. The waiting time can be lengthy.

Thank you, Dr. Marcos, for continuing to be so flexible and reasonable. Audrey is a complement to your style.
When I have to check up on my chronic urinary infection, it's such a waste of time all round for me to spend 2 hours in your office.
The next time I feel something might be amiss, I'll follow your suggestion and call your office for a work order to the New Braunfels Quest lab.
The visit today was to make sure I should keep taking the nitrofurantoin till I see you in Feb. My present stock of nitrofurantoin is about 2 months worth (from an earlier prescription, which is good till Feb.'15). It seems to be working pretty well. But, I can easily go back to sulfameth because I have about 80 sulfameth 800/160s that I can break in half (good till March '15).
