Issue #1: Dr Ganti always seems to be in hurry. He and his staff answered every single question I had, but Dr Ganti doesn't make any extra effort to know his patients. You ask one question, he will reply and try to leave within 10 seconds not giving enough time to think and ask another question unlike our experiences with other doctors I jad appointment with in last 14 years.

Issue #2 is long wait time, but if Dr takes care of issue#1 then long wait is worth.

Their staff was friendly enough. The office was easy enough to find. If my medicine refill company contacts them for renewal, it is renewed immediately - Kudos to front desk staff.
