I find Dr. Rahman extremely thorough, to the point of getting follow up calls when I don't get labs drawn or recommended tests done (I'm bad). I don't find her uncaring at all, she is extremely professional, and extremely intelligent. I find that she explains everything, and asks if you have any questions and/or concerns before she leaves the examining room. She has a dry sense of humor. If you want to see her rather than a NP, you may have to schedule ahead.
The office staff has recently had a turnover, and I think the new crew seems friendlier.
If you call for a sick call, and they ask you to go to Pentucket walk-in, I find this is reasonable...especially during flu season. My last two visits for a sinus infection I was able to get an appointment the same day, and with an MD. I would recommend her to any of my family and friends.

Don't use Dr. Rahman as your PCP. She's unsympathetic, uncaring, and her staff is the same, only met her once, always was seen by an NP. She prescribes a bunch of medicine thats not needed (she doesn't have an american medical education). Every time you call the office you are placed on hold for at least 5 if not 10 minutes. They are obviously understaffed and simply don't care. She also sent me the xpress care of Pentucket a few times because she was so overbooked.

Dr. Rahman is great if you are lucky enough to be seen by her. In most cases, you'll be seen by a NP. The office staff unfortunately could be replaced by well trained monkeys. They're lacking in their customer service skills and could all benefit from extra training. I can almost always guarantee that I will have to wait at least 45 minutes to be seen by a nurse (nevermind the doctor).

Currently looking for a new practice.
