They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. The equipment they used during my adjustment seemed very current and safe. You could tell everything was well taken care of.

If you're the survivor of a stoke or traumatic brain injury and are seeking help from someone that understands the complexities associated with your condition, this is the guy! He doesn't talk AT you! He talks / works WITH you! Top notch stall with him.... (I enjoyed me visits. My condition is long term, so I continue to work with him on an ongoing basis.....

friendly staff, Dr.Reffell has good advice. learned good stretching exercises, my neck is feeling better, learned good exercise techniques, and their massage therapists are great with their deep tissue massages. better massages than I ever got at a regular massage place. Plus Dr. Refell likes Battlestar Galactica so that helps a lot!
