Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
