The pre-visit mailed brochure contradicts the answering machine message. Dr. Schott did not explain to me what she was doing, I could not see what she was doing during the exam, and I my child became very upset. I found myself asking how long I would let a near stranger continue to upset my child. It was not very professional.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. She is a WONDERFUL person who really cares about the kids. I would take my child back there in a second!!!!!
