This is by far the worst physician I have ever been in contact with. He has failed beyond all comprehension to diagnose, treat and intervene surgically in an area of medicine that he, and by association,ThedaCare, claims he is a "specialist" in. He is rude; he is arrogant and he lacks any bedside manner whatsoever. I believe that someone needs to point out to him that the definition of "patient" is not "income or revenue stream". Rather, in that word lies a person, and that often includes other family members such as spouses, children, and so on. He is a discredit to the medical profession. It has been 3 years since I have been under his care and I am still suffering the effects of the damage caused by Kevin Wasco. Ironically, however, Kevin Wasco and I will share something in common for the rest of our lives. It is called damage control. From a physical perspective Kevin Wasco has forced me to practice damage control for the remainder of my life. In return, I will pursue every avenue possible to make sure that no other individual or family ever endures the type of treatment that I did at the hands of Kevin Wasco, so he will also be practicing damage control for the remainder of his life. Unfortunate, yes. Shameful, Absolutely!!

This physician is poorest physician I have ever encountered in my life. After I had unsucessful elective surgery by this surgeon (and by unsuccessful I mean he was surgically negligent; he is aware he was surgically negligent and attempted to cover up his negligence by falsifying my medical records). He failed to diagnose, treat and intervene surgically in an area of medicine that he now alleges that he is a "specialist" in. Once confronted, instead on doing the mature and ethical thing, he deflected questions from me and from other family members. He has no ethics; he wouldn't know ethics if he tripped over them! This is a person who took an oath "to do no harm", yet he could not or would not help a patient who came to him seeking help and answers. It has now been some 3 years since I have been under his care (and 6 years since I began my trip from hell with him) and I will be under going my 7th surgery next week in an attempt to correct the "mess" he surgically made. And as for the hospital that grants him privledges, Theda Clark Regional Medical Center of Neenah, Wis, they have decided to "turn their heads" the other way. We met with Quality Management and the CEO of ThedaCare, Inc., Dean Gruner. We explained we wanted NO monetary settlement; this was not about monetary gain. This was about making sure that no other family EVER endures the horrific type of treatment that my family and I did at the hands of Kevin Wasco. He said he would speak to Kevin Wasco, but later told us that Kevin Wasco was "an independent that he couldn't police". Therefore, he continues to allows Kevin Wasco to masquerade around that hospital like a surgeon without any regard for the life of the patients. Unfortunate, yes, Shameful, Absolutely!!

This physician is the poorest physician I have ever had any contact with. He failed beyond all comprehension to diagnose, treat and intervene surgically relative to a medical condition that he posts on his own website that he is a "specialist" in. Our family has spent thousands upon thousands of dollars to correct the errors made by this physician. We have asked for no monetary compensation; we have asked for no insincere apology from him - we have only asked that we be afforded the opportunity to lay the medical records out in front of him to show him what he did in error. His exact reply was "he has decided he has devoted enough time to this patient". He decided this after we paid him almost $20,000 in private pay charges, not to mention what has been billed to our two insurance companies. He is rude, he is arrogant and he has very, very poor bedside manner. He uses language that one could not even publish on this website (or any other). If you are referred to this physician, RUN THE OTHER WAY!!! It may save your life. This all took place at Theda Clark Hospital in Neenah, WI. They have advised us that they have a review process and that they have found no wrong doing. They decided this without ever obtaining a piece of information from us. Check these websites - they are great tools in choosing a physician. I wish I would have.
