I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I've been to some surgeons that seem like all you are is a hindrance to their schedule, but not this one. They were so kind and patient, and made sure I had all the information I needed before I left. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They really make an effort to get to know their patients. They always address me by name, and we're able to pick up right where we left off at the last appointment.
