Not at all! They give my child exactly what he/she needs
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

No, but they're usually seen pretty quickly

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. It was really nice to see how patient they were with first-time mothers. I've seen some other pediatricians get really annoyed whenever a first-time mother asks a question, but they don't do that here.

They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I really didn't like that they didn't have separate "sick" and "well" areas for the kids in the waiting room. I thought it was very inconsiderate of them. I was amazed by how rude and inconsiderate they were. They did not respect my values and opinions about parenting at all. They made me feel stupid. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me.
