He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.
