Dr. Rehrauer is the most professional, compassionate, and intelligent doctor you will ever encounter. He explains everything and he works diligently to help you with health concerns and he helps you attain a better quality of life. His concern for his patients is real and he remembers you each time you visit. I probably shouldn't say this - but he takes as much time as he needs/I need with him at every single visit. He acts as if I am the only patient he has. He also dictates the visit notes while you are present. If there is anything he misses (rarely), you can correct it on the spot. I don't know of *any* other doctor who takes time for that.
I fell well-taken of and well-loved. I completely trust him. He has been my doctor for over ten years.
Dr. Rehrauer is humble and has a very pleasant personality.
He is worth whatever wait for an appointment.
His staff is incredible too. They call you back, help you with prescription snafus and do all that they can to assist you. They all love him too, by the way.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
