I went to get a mammogram and then a Biopsy which came back Cancer. I has very distraught and was hearing from everyone we knew that I should be going here or there. I tried to call to talk to Dr. Inveiss and the receptionist said she would have Dr. call. The receptionist called back 6 hours later and said that the Dr. apologizes but she has been very busy and wants to know what I want. I explained that I was confused and needed some guidance. I wanted to know why I was seeing a general surgeon instead of being sent to a cancer specialist, the receptionist very rudely said "that is who she uses". She has yet to call me and it has been 16 days. When my husband came home from work and found me so distraught he called another Dr. (who is a family friend) at 9:30 pm he was at home calling patients back that he did not get around to calling during the day. He is now my Primary Dr. and has sent me to St. Luke's Cancer Center. The level of care St. Luke'sand where she sent me is like night and day.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is friendly and welcoming making the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had a positive expierence, and will certainly recommend Dr. Inveiss to family and friend

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
