I was amazed at how knowledgeable and experienced they were in the procedure I wanted done. It was obvious they had been doing that procedure for years. They were extremely forthcoming with information and were able to answer all of my questions. They reassured me that if I had more questions I was welcome to call. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
