Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

She made sure every single question I had was answered, and is always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Her staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the warm and friendly way she treated my children. She is very knowledgable and even provided me with information on an up to date study regarding my child's condition. She never rushes me at a visit or on the phone and makes me feel as if my children are special to her. I find the negative review from 9/16/2011 very hard to take seriously, especially seeing the other very positive ones!

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.
